Vistra is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Abu Dhabi for a full‑time onsite role in Corporate & Private Client Services. You will manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, deliver corporate secretarial services across UAE jurisdictions, ensure KYC and regulatory compliance, drive revenue growth through upsell opportunities, and oversee invoicing and portfolio finances while maintaining accurate client records and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate services or company secretarial work, solid UAE regulatory knowledge, experience with KYC filings, a degree in Business or Commerce, excellent organization and communication skills, a proactive independent work style, and fluency in English.
