Royal London’s Senior Relationship Support Assistant in Edinburgh is a 12 month fixed term hybrid role that protects and grows relationships in financial services. You’ll handle adviser queries, salary exchange questions, triage queries, complete pension submissions, prepare demos, support sales campaigns, train advisers on illustrations and Online Service platform, own complaints and maximise CRM as the sales team SME. The ideal candidate has proven sales‑support or relationship consultancy experience, superb customer service, and the ability to translate MI into meaningful data and spot opportunities.
