Ipsos is seeking a Senior Research Executive in Innovation, Root in Lucerne to join a collaborative, international team and lead several market research projects from questionnaire design to final report. You will manage four to five parallel studies, oversee fieldwork and vendor relationships, set up projects on the Ipsos.Digital platform, and turn quantitative findings into a clear business narrative and visuals, while applying cutting edge AI tools. The ideal candidate has three to five years in market research, a relevant degree, native Swiss German with excellent English, strong teamwork, superb organization, attention to detail, and a client centric mindset.
