Job Description: 

Senior SAP Technical Delivery Manager positions offered by CRH Americas Materials, Inc. (Atlanta, Georgia). Provide technical expertise and advice on SAP architecture and make recommendations to improve performance. Drive technical design for SAP system landscape in alignment with project requirements. Direct on solutions for: network connectivity, security set up, data conversion, data migration and validation. Define and promote SAP technical standards and strategies. Manage technical architecture analysis, design, build, test and deploy for Development, Execution, Operations & Infrastructure Architecture. Work closely with SAP and SI to ensure optimal systems design for the SAP enterprise. Make recommendations on strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of SAP applications, as well as integrated third-party systems. Coordinate regular meetings with SAP SDMs for S4 RISE, BTP, GRC, Workforce and Success Factors and includes SI/AMS resources as appropriate. Advise on technical approach for all systems integrating to SAP and conduct due diligence and business assessments. Understand SAP’s product strategy and roadmap, including positioning of S/4 HANA and enabling tools and complementary technologies. Oversee SAP change requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance to SOX requirements.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field and 15 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP technical solutions to align technology with business needs.
• Must have 10 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Implementing systems integration methodology and design (SAP to SAP and SAP to non-SAP applications, data migration strategies, and application architecture);
  • Performing 3rd Party system integrations for SD, MDM, procurement, finance and reporting;
  • Providing technical expertise and advice on SAP architecture and making recommendations to drive best practices and improve performance; and
  • Directing technical design for SAP system landscape in alignment with project requirements.
  • Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Utilizing SAP S4 RISE, ABAP, Fiori, GRC, Security, BTP, and SAP S/4 Basis with Enterprise Cloud Services; and
  • Directing solutions for network connectivity, security set up, data conversion, data migration and validation.
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
• Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
• Must be willing to travel domestically 10%.
