MYOB is seeking a Senior Services Consultant to deliver EXO consulting, implementation and training to mid‑market clients in Melbourne, onsite, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You’ll build trusted client relationships, translate business processes into practical EXO solutions, prioritise scoping and resources, and drive adoption across the MYOB ecosystem while growing Acumatica capabilities and supporting integrations. The role requires several years delivering MYOB EXO in consulting or professional services, strong finance and accounting knowledge, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders; some travel across AU NZ may be required. About The Role
In this role, you'll join a successful team to provide quality consulting, implementation and training services on MYOB applications and excellent customer service to our Mid-Market clients. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll provide experienced advice, seek out opportunities and identify risks whilst driving success and high adoption of MYOB platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working within a team, to deliver expert EXO services across the MYOB ecosystem.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their business processes, and help them get the most value from their current EXO environment.
- Support our strategy of nurturing suitable EXO customers toward a transition to future state MYOB platforms as their needs evolve, helping customers move forward in a practical and well-supported way.
- Assessing, scoping and prioritising the time and resources needed to deliver a service as required
- Provide training on our MYOB platform solutions and the ability to facilitate organisational change activities and review
- Grow your own MYOB Acumatica capability over time through learning, exposure and hands-on work, so you can support customers and expand the value you bring across both platforms.
- Drive customer success and adoption of our platforms, implementing application and add-ons & extensions within MYOB products and associated integrations with 3rd party products
About You
- Several years proven experience delivering and supporting MYOB EXO solutions in consulting, implementation, or professional services environments.
- Good application knowledge and domain knowledge. Experience in solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within EXO environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, manufacturing and supply chain, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical outcomes.
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge is essential
- Confidence working directly with customers, building trusted relationships, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, at all levels.
- A customer-first mentality, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and a great customer experience.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication and social skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute positively as part of a broader delivery team.
- Functional knowledge of MYOB Acumatica product suite, or a similar product is highly regarded
- Our customers are based across AU and NZ, so some travel may be required.
