Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support multiple markets from our London based team, partnering with Key Account Management to sell the Too Good To Go Platform to food retailers. The role blends technical credibility with sales impact: you should have a proven track record as a sales engineer or solution consultant, experience in food retail is a plus, and fluency in English plus German, Italian, or Spanish. You will create demos, diagrams, workflows and RFP responses, own pilots from qualification to handoff, and feed product roadmap with customer insights. To apply, submit your CV and cover letter in English via our platform, showing measurable wins and how you translate complex tech into business value, with examples of cross-country collaboration and customer focus.
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.
Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste
In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.
We recently launched our Donations+ module in Spain and France as a 4th module of our Too Good To Go Platform, a tech-powered solution that makes food donations smarter, more efficient, and fully traceable; directly connecting charities with stores. Too Good To Go Platform is an end-to-end solution, uniquely connected to our consumer marketplace, which consists of 4 modules, Expiry Date Management, AI-Powered Discounting, Donations and our most well known module, Marketplace. This business app is already used by tens of thousands of store employees every day across 3 continents.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our SC & IM team (Solution Consultants & Implementation Managers), supporting multiple markets. This team works alongside our Key Account Management Team to drive sales of our B2B SaaS products (Too Good to Go Platform) to food retailers.
Our SaaS product consists of three modules in addition to our Marketplace app: Expiry Date Management, AI-Powered Discounting, and a Donations solution, all designed to help retailers manage, sell, and redistribute their surplus food.
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will work closely with local key account management teams. You will contribute your technical expertise during client meetings and address their needs, from the qualification phase through to securing the pilot, before handing off to the implementation manager to oversee the pilot, deployment, and growth phases. Your daily activities will include creating materials (e.g., sales presentations, demos, workflows, technical diagrams) and working directly with major retailers, grocery stores, and individual franchisees in your portfolio across various countries. Your main objective will be to partner with our Key Account Management teams to help these retailers understand the value Too Good to Go Platform could bring to their daily in-stores operations. You will also play a key role in driving our overall product roadmap, together with our product managers and developers, by providing product feedback from our customers to drive future product innovation and development.
A Movement for Everyone
We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. With that mission, it’s only natural that we want to build a diverse and inclusive team of highly capable individuals who are passionate about doing things in a better way. We strongly believe we all excel and are more creative when we’re allowed to be ourselves, and we’re committed to a culture where all of us belong.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need. If you need reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.
