About the role 

As a Senior Solutions Specialist, you'll partner with stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions across multiple platforms. Acting as a technical lead, you'll guide projects from concept to delivery, mentor team members, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency. 

Reporting to the Solutions Development Lead, this role is high-impact and influential, with loads of variety and diverse stakeholder engagement. In our highly collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in identifying the right priorities, fostering high-quality decisions, and ensuring that our work delivers the value the business needs. 

To be a success in this role, you will need: 

  • Proven expertise in designing solutions and delivering them from concept through implementation. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for understanding both high-level architecture and low-level system details. 
  • Experience taking solutions from design to implementation across different systems and environments (SAP, Salesforce, GIS, APIs, middleware, etc.). 
  • A demonstrated ability to always keep learning, staying across new technologies and applying them to improve outcomes. 
  • Experience across multiple platforms and analysing complex systems, understanding how different parts interact (Like exploring a multi-level software application to see how front-end, back-end, and databases interact).  
  • Clear communication skills, with proven ability to translate design concepts into actionable implementations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience working with external vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integrated solutions. 

It would ideal if you have: 

  • Exposure to integration technologies, APIs, data flows, and automation frameworks. 
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and best practices. 
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, GIS, Azure or AWS.
