GE Vernova seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Development Team Leader for Aero Industrialization and Generator Capacity to shape upstream supply chain programs for aeroderivative engine and generator manufacturing. As the primary POC, you will develop and execute sourcing and capacity strategies, align them with growth plans, and collaborate with commodity leaders and global teams to meet quality, regulatory, and delivery targets. The role may require relocation to Greenville SC, with onsite work in Baden, AG and up to 20% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and substantial sourcing experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, are essential. Highlight measurable cost-out, capacity expansion, risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and QMS/commercial experience in your application.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Significant experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing role
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~20% of the time, as required
Fluent in English
Strong PC and database management skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proven project management and process improvement ability
Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
GE Program graduate is an advantage

Pay Transparency
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $149,400.00 - 248,900.00 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
