The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you are the Head Chef's right hand. You run services, keep the brigade moving, and make sure quality and consistency hold up even on the busiest days.

What you'll do

• Run services and lead the brigade on the floor

• Keep quality and consistency high across all sections

• Support menu development and daily specials

• Help manage stock, ordering and waste

• Train and coach the kitchen team

• Keep hygiene and safety standards high

What you need

• Strong sous chef experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining

• French or Mediterranean cooking background

• A calm, organised leader during service

• Good attention to cost and detail

• A team player who supports the wider kitchen
