The Senior Specialist – Facility Management is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, safety, and maintenance of all properties under management. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Move In/Move Out process to ensure timely and smooth completion.

Design and implement new processes and procedures to enhance facility management efficiency.
