SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for the Senior Specialist Hematologist position, vital to our leading healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex hematological conditions while also playing a critical part in mentoring less experienced staff and enhancing overall patient care.

As a Senior Specialist Hematologist, you will perform detailed assessments, contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care. You will also have opportunities to engage in clinical research and influence best practices within the department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of patients, including history taking and physical examinations.
  • Supervise and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging specific to hematology.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment regimens, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices.
  • Mentor and lead junior staff and fellows, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.

Requirements

Qualifications:
