In this role, you’ll lead design for our Lending & Credit team, shaping end-to-end workflows that balance clarity, compliance, and business impact. You’ll enjoy wide autonomy and ownership, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to craft elegant solutions and define the future of our lending platform. You’ll play a key role in setting product vision, evolving our design processes, and ensuring the voice of the customer drives decisions.
