Griffith University seeks a fixed-term 50 percent Senior Student Administration Officer based on the Gold Coast campus to support students from enrolment to graduation. The role involves managing complex student administration, advising on enrolment, credit transfers, cross-institutional studies and degree variations, verifying graduation eligibility, and contributing to service improvement across Student Administration and third-party functions. The ideal candidate will have proven tertiary student administration experience in credit, enrolment, progression and graduation, a solid understanding of academic policies, and strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills to meet competing deadlines. This is a fixed-term (until 1/5/2026), part-time (50%) position primarily based at the Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 5 range $79,705 - $89,416 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $93,255 - $104,617 per annum. The base salary for this position will be on a 50% pro rata basis.
