Key responsibilities: 
1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
 Supervise inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
 Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper documentation.
 Maintain optimal organization of the warehouse, including storage, labeling, and accessibility of products.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
 Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational targets and maintain high productivity.
 Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback and training.
 Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the distribution center.

3. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
 Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors.
 Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all warehouse functions.
 Monitor and maintain key operational metrics, including order accuracy, turnaround time, and stock handling efficiency.

4. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines in all warehouse operations.
 Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, taking corrective actions as needed.
 Oversee proper handling of equipment, machinery, and hazardous materials, minimizing operational risks.

Qualifications & Skills
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, preferably in fashion, retail, or FMCG.
 Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), and stock control 
procedures.
 Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ associates.
 Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
 Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
 Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.
