Bruton Knowles is seeking a Senior Surveyor to lead compensation and compulsory purchase work across transport and utilities, delivering major and minor projects nationwide for gas, water, electricity, road and rail clients. The role requires organising project surveyors, managing client relationships, securing new work, and delivering agreed budgets and profitability while supporting offices regionally. MRICS with two years PQE and proven CPO and compensation advisory experience are essential, along with strong communication, meticulous organisation, and a proactive, business development mindset. The purpose of this role is to undertake Compensation and Compulsory Purchase work and in particular delivery of contract work to Transport and Utility clients in a reliable and cost-efficient manner, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects as well as other major and minor gas, water, electricity, road (national and local authority) and rail jobs.
To organise project surveyors and referencers to ensure the successful delivery of major and minor projects to a wide range of clients across the transportation and utility sectors. Developing work from new and existing sector client contacts, in association with other Team colleagues and BK Offices regionally.

The job will require someone who has undertaken a formal qualification to degree level that is accredited by the RICS and will be qualified as a Member of the RICS with 2 years PQE.
