Portfolio Lead Collection – Confidential
We are collecting profiles on behalf of a late-stage, well-established company based in Berlin that is looking to strengthen and future-proof its Talent Acquisition function.
This is a lead collection process, not an immediate hire. Applications will be reviewed over the next 1–2 weeks, after which selected candidates will be contacted with further details about the company and role.
The company is at a stable stage of maturity with ongoing hiring needs driven mainly by backfills and moderate growth (no hypergrowth). The focus of this role is to build a scalable, high-quality TA setup that can support the business long term.
You will lead and shape the TA function with a strong emphasis on structure, quality, and enablement, rather than pure volume delivery.
Lead a medium-sized TA team
Own the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition
Implement and roll out a new ATS
Build scalable TA fundamentals (processes, governance, quality standards)
Introduce and run bar-raiser and interview quality frameworks
Train and enable hiring managers in structured, high-quality interviewing
Shift the organisation from reactive inbound hiring to proactive sourcing-led recruiting
Personally manage selected executive and key hires
3+ years of experience leading TA teams
Background in building or scaling in-house TA organisations
Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing strategies, and modern TA tooling (incl. AI)
Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
Comfortable operating with high ownership and limited day-to-day guidance
Hands-on, pragmatic, and quality-driven
Willing and able to work onsite in Berlin
English speaking
