Job Description

As (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talents across Europe, with main focus on DACH region while supporting selected global recruitment projects. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, as well HR Business Partners to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver best candidate experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Europe, with focus on DACH region, while supporting selected global recruitment projects.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, coordinate interview processes, manage offers, and support onboarding activities.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction

Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.

  • Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Facilitate hiring decisions by ensuring a structured and objective assessment process.

  • Recruitment Administration & Reporting

Manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure recruitment documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and local labor legislation.

Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring activities and recruitment performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within an international and matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with the ability to leverage recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic talent acquisition guidance in a complex, multinational environment.
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and candidate experience.
  • Fluent in both German and English; additional language skills are considered an asset.
