Looking to take full ownership of the Swiss tax landscape while shaping the future of a global group?
In this role, you combine operational excellence with strategic impact and work closely with senior stakeholders. You will be a key member of the Group Tax function and a trusted advisor across the organization, with a clear path toward a leadership role in Swiss tax.
Your main responsibilities
Own the Swiss tax agenda with full responsibility for corporate income tax and compliance of Swiss group entities
Act as the main contact for Swiss tax authorities and lead audits, rulings, and negotiations
Advise on complex domestic and international tax matters and serve as the internal expert on Swiss tax law
Oversee tax accounting under IFRS including current and deferred taxes and ensure high-quality tax reporting for Swiss subsidiaries
Collaborate closely with Transfer Pricing incl. MAP/APA, Finance, Legal, Business and drive strategic tax initiatives
Support selected VAT, contract, employee tax and strategic group tax topics
What you bring
Degree in Business, Law, or a related field with a focus on tax or finance
Swiss certified tax expert or close to completion
7–10 years of experience in Swiss corporate tax in a Big 4, consulting, or in-house environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and a structured, analytical working style
Native German and fluent English with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
