Tips for applicants
Lead with your most relevant Talent Acquisition experience on your résumé, especially any startup or scale-up work where you built and managed end-to-end hiring for tech teams.
Show concrete examples of how you sourced candidates through LinkedIn and other tools, created proactive pipelines, and engaged talent to fill roles quickly and well. If you have measurable outcomes, share them, time-to-fill reductions or successful hires from targeted channels work well here.
Be ready to talk through how you partnered with Hiring Managers and coached interviewers to improve hiring outcomes, including any data-driven decisions you made to adjust the process or to prioritise certain roles.
Think of a thoughtful question to ask about the tech priorities at Vinted and how they measure recruitment success. For example, you could ask which tech areas are top priorities this year and what metrics they rely on to judge the impact of a TA initiative.
