Nebius is building a full‑stack AI cloud platform that helps developers and enterprises move from data and model training to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of standing up large in‑house AI infrastructure. The company is listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, with a global footprint across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. A team of more than 1,500, including hundreds of engineers, works across hardware, software and AI R&D to solve hard problems in compute, storage, networking and AI applications.

The Senior Technical Project Manager for Token Factory is a remote‑friendly role with a base in London. You’ll steer cross‑functional programmes such as new region launches, engineering quality and platform‑wide improvements, and the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline for new AI models. The goal is to bring together multiple engineering teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure ambitious technical goals land on time with minimal overhead.

This kind of work suits someone who enjoys turning complex technical challenges into clear plans and thrives on coordinating multiple teams to keep delivery predictable while maintaining a sustainable pace.

Delivery across regions and teams

Your day‑to‑day focuses on aligning infrastructure, capacity and deployment work to support new region launches and capacity expansions, while upholding a maintenance framework that keeps systems reliable. You’ll own the end‑to‑end delivery for new AI models, from infrastructure readiness through to customer availability.

To make that happen, you’ll build execution plans, surface risks early, and remove blockers before they slow progress. You’ll work closely with engineering managers, technical leads, product managers, SRE, infrastructure, networking and security teams to ensure ownership and accountability are clear across these cross‑team initiatives.

Facilitating technical decision‑making and continually improving engineering delivery processes are core parts of the role, with an emphasis on keeping delivery predictable while sustaining a healthy pace for engineers.

Must-have requirements

Here are the core capabilities Nebius expects for this role.

  • A proven ability to translate vague initiatives into concrete, executable delivery plans and to shepherd them to completion
  • Skill at identifying critical paths, managing complex dependency graphs, and coordinating several streams in parallel
  • Strong risk management and prioritisation that keep momentum in fast‑changing environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Experience leading incident coordination, guiding discussions, documenting decisions and driving follow‑ups
  • A solid technical background that helps you understand engineering discussions, infrastructure needs and architectural trade‑offs without being the primary implementer

Nice-to-have experience

  • Background with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large‑scale inference systems
  • Experience delivering cloud infrastructure or data centre deployment projects
  • Familiarity with capacity planning, production operations and reliability engineering
  • Previous work in high‑growth infrastructure or platform engineering organisations where priorities shift quickly and speed matters

Tips to stand out for the Token Factory role

Put your most important experience up front on your resume, focusing on projects where you turned ambiguous programs into concrete delivery plans for infrastructure and AI model pipelines.

When you detail your experience, give specific examples of how you mapped dependencies, identified the critical path and kept multiple workstreams progressing in parallel while staying aligned with business goals.

Be ready to discuss concrete incident responses, including how you documented decisions and followed up to close actions without letting issues derail delivery.

During interviews, be prepared to explain how you’ve influenced technical decisions and ensured clear ownership across several teams, including SRE and security, without needing to implement every detail yourself, and to ask about how region launches are handled and how success is measured.
