Key Responsibilities:
💡 Design, implement, and maintain ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) solutions for enterprise-level applications.
💡 Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines, parsing, and transformation processes.
💡 Create and manage Kibana dashboards for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
💡 Ensure scalability, availability, and performance of ELK solutions in production environments.
💡 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ELK with various banking applications.
💡 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to log management, monitoring, and analytics.
💡 Implement security and compliance measures aligned with banking standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
✅ 6+ years of experience in technology engineering, with at least 3+ years in ELK stack.
✅ Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch architecture, index management, and query optimization.
✅ Hands-on experience with Logstash pipelines, Beats, and Kibana visualizations.
✅ Proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, and automation tools.
✅ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
✅ Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance tuning in a banking/financial domain.

Preferred Skills:
✨ Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
✨ Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.
✨ Familiarity with data privacy regulations in banking.
