MOIA is seeking a (Senior) Test Manager for System-of-Systems in its Technical Program Management domain to help shape the future of autonomous mobility. The role centers on owning the HiL simulation infrastructure, budget planning, and coordinating test operations across internal teams and external partners, delivering release regression tests for the robot-taxi service. Key strengths include orchestration of large-scale HiL setups, cross-functional communication, and strong organizational skills; nice-to-haves include automotive testing knowledge and hands-on HiL testing. Hybrid work in Wolfsburg, competitive benefits, and a strong commitment to diversity. Apply with a clear impact story, quantify results, highlight vendor management and process improvements, and reach out to Martynas with questions.
To make the vision of an autonomously driving mobility service a reality, we are building up the new business domain “System-of-Systems”. Within this domain, all activities for integrating the entire Robot-Taxi-Service out of several subsystems are conducted. A key task is test management and operations, which ensures that the (HiL-) simulation infrastructure of MOIA is up and running. In the next step, on this simulation infrastructure, the release regression tests are executed.
As a (Senior) Test Manager in our Technical Program Management domain, you will have the opportunity to shape processes, drive impactful changes, take ownership of our simulation infrastructure, and participate in decision-making in our System-of-Systems domain.
