Join the team behind one of the Lake District’s most exciting culinary destinations. SOURCE at the Gilpin, led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck), offers a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. We’re looking for a Senior Waiter who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey. 

 

🍽 Your Role as Senior Waiter:

  • Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Delivers seamless, warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.

  • Collaborates closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.

  • Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.

  • Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.

  • Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Salary: from £29,250 to £31,005

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £351 to £526 per month.
