Reflow is seeking a Senior Windows Developer to own the Windows app that powers its data collection and insights in enterprise environments. You will optimize performance, maintainability, and stability across environments, profile and debug for speed and memory, and enable managed deployments with MDM while integrating with backend APIs and supporting releases with the core team. Proficiency in C# and Windows UI tech (Avalonia, WPF, UWP, or WinUI) and comfort with enterprise deployment, API design, and full-stack considerations are essential. Bonus: cross-platform or Electron experience, Django, security compliance, CI/CD. To apply, tailor your resume to show end-to-end ownership, quantify improvements, include project links, and note onsite Berlin eligibility and cross-functional collaboration.
We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.
Contribute to app architecture, testing, and release processes to ensure smooth updates and deployments.
Proficient in C# with hands-on experience in Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI).
Skilled at profiling, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experienced in enterprise-managed or MDM-deployed app environments.
Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full-stack communication.
Detail-oriented, you care about consistency, reliability, and smooth user experiences across setups.
Experience with cross-platform or Electron-based apps.
Understanding of Django or other backend frameworks and API design.
Familiarity with security compliance and enterprise privacy standards.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Windows apps.
You’ll own a key product surface, the Windows app that powers Reflow’s data collection and user insights. You’ll work closely with the core team, improving performance, reliability, and the developer experience across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine craftsmanship with real impact.
We’re open to contractors and full-time employment. High trust, high speed, and high impact. If you love owning a product end-to-end and optimizing at every level, you’ll fit right in.
We offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located. The salary ranges in our job postings are intentionally wide because they need to cover both U.S. and international candidates. Our final offer will depend on things like your experience, skill set, and location.
