Whakarongorau Aotearoa is recruiting a Safe to talk Sensitive Claims Coordinator to support kiritaki navigating the Sensitive Claims front door service; a trauma-informed, non-clinical role that blends empathy with precise data entry and service navigation. You’ll use analytical thinking to resolve issues, maintain high quality administrative processes, and connect clients to ACC funded suppliers and community services. The successful candidate will bring strong Microsoft and database skills, experience in contact centre or social services, and a solid grounding in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori. As trauma-informed trained, non-clinical kaimahi, you will support kiritaki (customers) to navigate the Sensitive Claims front door service. This is an exciting time to be part of the team, as we strive to ensure kiritaki feel supported, heard, and valued.
