Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the Netherlands field service team of about 10–12 engineers, ensuring safe, high quality maintenance, upgrades, installations and troubleshooting for customers. You will develop people, optimize resource planning, drive customer satisfaction and partner with planners, account managers and technical specialists. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, a technical or engineering degree, and proven service operations leadership; experience in food processing is a plus. Expect roughly 50% travel.
