The role
This role sits at the heart of Vector Fibre’s service delivery, owning customer service requests from initiation through to resolution. You’ll coordinate across internal teams, vendors and partners to deliver provisioning and fulfilment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll manage expectations, resolve issues, and keep delivery on track – balancing structured processes with the judgement and initiative to step in when things aren’t clear-cut.
You’ll operate in an environment where no two days look the same, combining operational coordination, customer engagement and problem-solving. You’ll take full ownership of your work, prioritising competing demands, identifying gaps in processes or systems, and working collaboratively to deliver outcomes that meet SLAs and customer expectations.
What makes this role stand out is the level of ownership and visibility you’ll have. You’ll be part of a small, agile team with the opportunity to influence beyond your immediate remit, contribute to a growing business backed by new investment, and help shape how service delivery evolves. It’s an opportunity to take true end-to-end ownership of work, build strong stakeholder relationships and develop toward broader project management or operational leadership pathways.
