Powerco is seeking a Service Desk Analyst (IT Support) for a full-time onsite role in New Plymouth to deliver a positive and productive experience to anyone contacting the Service Experience team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in IT support, a proven ability to deliver outstanding user service, ensure colleagues are equipped from day one, provide efficient IT support, and manage incidents and requests with clear communication while capturing knowledge to speed resolutions.
