Our Service Desk Officer plays a key role in keeping our people productive by delivering responsive, friendly and effective IT support across the organisation.

We are currently seeking a new full time Service Desk Officer to join our IT Team, Monday to Friday in our national support office in Bundall on the Gold Coast.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A qualification in IT or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and operating systems
  • Experience in a service desk or customer-facing IT support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Ability to create or update user guides and documentation
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Commitment to secure, reliable and high‑quality IT service delivery
  • A current driver's licence and car
