Seeking a part-time Service Desk Team Member for The Warehouse in Hamilton, working Sunday to Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. You will assist customers, process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, support Loss Prevention with security, and help supervise the Checkout area as required. The role is ideal for someone who thinks fast on their feet, loves helping others, and brings a positive, can do attitude. Useful qualifications include some retail, hospitality or customer facing experience, excellent communication, and the physical ability to lift, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
