Service Manager atWork Australia is a full-time on-site role in Adelaide with travel across multiple sites. You will lead a committed team, drive KPI targets and client placements, develop a high-performance culture, and ensure transparent governance and timely financial reporting. The role demands an energetic leader who can coach staff, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep a client focus at all times. Essential: extensive employment services experience, management background, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
