Valiant Government Services is seeking a talented Service Order Manager develops scopes of work, solicit competitive bids, prepares the estimate and coordinates various construction and repair projects from inception to completion as related to the contract scope of work.   • Must have a background in healthcare.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is required for this position
  • Must complete the OSHA 10/30 General Industry Safety and Health training class.
  • Familiar with RS Means Construction Estimating.
  • This position requires organizational, supervisory, and communication skills plus the understanding of numerous mechanical and structural systems (HVAC, electrical, fire systems plumbing, structural, carpentry etc.)
  • Must have a current valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to read and understand manufacture's submittals and literature.
