The Service Technician role sits within our Service and Support team and reports to our Service Manager – Northern Region. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality hands-on pre-sales and post-sales support to our customers. This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, support network connectivity, and provide operator training.
Working with some of the latest print and imaging technology, you’ll gain exposure to advanced equipment including digital production print and finishing solutions. Whether you’re just starting your career or already have a few years of experience, this is a great opportunity to build your technical skills, grow your confidence in a customer-facing role, and be part of a supportive team that’s invested in your development.
