We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will be the main technical architect of ServiceNow for Bank Julius Baer.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Define and drive the end-to-end ServiceNow architectural strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with Julius Baer’s digital transformation goals
  • Serve as the leading technical authority on the ServiceNow platform. Design integrations, configure workflows, and champion best practices across incidents, changes, requests, and CMDB
  • Analyse complex business and IT service management challenges, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Guide development teams and stakeholders in implementing ServiceNow-based solutions. Promote reuse, standardization, and compliance across domains
  • Collaborate closely with ITSM, DevOps, Security, and business representatives. Clearly communicate designs, risks, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong technical expertise in ITIL frameworks and proven experience applying IT service management best practices
  • Proficient in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, with hands-on experience managing incidents, changes, and service requests
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and its integration within end-to-end service delivery processes
  • Experience of at least 7 years as ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
  • Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
