Services Assistant at Sainsbury’s Cambridge is a part-time on-site role at the heart of the store, helping customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, while supporting On-demand grocery orders and Click & Collect parcels. You’ll build product knowledge, handle complaints and refunds, tidy shelves and trolley areas, and work flexibly across the store. The ideal candidate is friendly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and is comfortable learning new digital tools.
