Services Partner Consultant - Global Partner Management

Job Summary

The Services Partner Consultant is responsible for regional partners and alignment with sales and regional managers. The Partner Consultant ensures that partners have been vetted and are a good cultural fit. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for developing a partner strategy and plan to handle future growth both regionally and technically. The successful consultant will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to select and regional partners as they execute for Professional Services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains Professional Services Partner relationships
  • Focuses of Australian and New Zealand partner support with International partner support may be required
  • Works with regional business teams and practice management to develop partner led services offerings
  • Supports internal stakeholders with partner quotes and in region requests to ensure qualified partners are utilised for services engagements
  • Participates in and operate in alignment with rest of the partner team. Follow established processes. Help improve and establish new processes.
  • Participates in partner issue escalation and deactivation
  • Works with practice team to ensure technical vetting of partners
  • Supports and evangelises the partner program in their region.
  • Assists in SOW contract financial negotiations pre and post sales
  • Work experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment in a management capacity

 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) - Information Technology / Business / Related Field
  • A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

 

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required
  • Good PC skills required
  • Negotiation skills
  • Escalation management
