Job Requirements

  • Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations, monitoring and adjusting machine settings per the work requirement.
  • Assisting supervisors in aligning the resources to specific needs in production, analyzing the critical metrics for the teams' performance, and reporting them to the management.
  • Ensuring the specified timelines are met along every phase of the project, keeping a record of time and quantities in production, and providing guidance and training to the team's newer members.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot operations and flow issues, adapting to procedures, techniques, and materials to meet the specifications of the output product.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 0-3 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
