In this role, you'll:

 


Join a high performing team, (Procurement Team) within our Transport Shared Services Service Centre based in Dubbo. You will service a variety of Internal and external staff via telephone, live chat and email. You’ll manage yourself to work through high volumes of enquiries, adhere to set processes and share best practice across the team.

 

You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels adhering to processes, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions, and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.

This is a temporary position until 30th June 2026 based in our Dubbo Service Centre.

About you

 


You have worked for an established organisation providing customer service either face to face or over the phone. 


You’re process driven and able to ask the right questions to find a solution efficiently.


You must be comfortable working against high volumes, flexible to work on a roster and technology savvy enough to learn multiple systems simultaneously.
