This Shift Lead role with a Taco Bell franchise in Paris, full time and onsite, supports the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, solving problems, and guiding Team Members to complete duties while serving safe, quality food. You’ll help keep the restaurant safe for staff and customers and model behaviors such as resolving customer complaints quickly with a smile, giving constructive feedback, and communicating openly with the management team, while following cash, security, inventory and labor policies. Note this is with a franchisee, not Taco Bell Corp, and wages and benefits vary by location. You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
