Watco is hiring a Shift Lead in the Greenwood area near Indianapolis to supervise hub associates and temp workers on the 1 pm to 10 pm shift, with one weekend shift per week. You’ll oversee receiving, sorting and scanning inbound freight while driving efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. The role calls for solid Microsoft Office and warehouse systems skills, strong organization and time management, forklift experience, and a high school diploma or higher. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warm or cold environments while moving through the warehouse.
