Blank Street is hiring a Shift Leader in West London for a full-time onsite role blending leadership with coffee craft and service. You’ll lead and train the team, open and close the store, and partner with the GM and Training Team to uphold recipes while driving initiatives to boost traffic and profitability. As a first staffer in a new location you’ll help set the tone in the neighbourhood. Apply by showcasing hospitality leadership, coffee knowledge, and multitasking; confirm 35 hours over five days with weekend availability, UK work authorization, and availability from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm with two peak days, and tailor your resume to prove collaboration with senior teams and memorable customer experiences.

You will spearhead individual, team and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance. Along with supporting your General Manager to lead these important company initiatives, you will regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to voice feedback, improvements and overall be hands on in the success of your store, your customers and your teams’ best interests. You would be one of the first staff members to work in this location, which means you get the exciting opportunity to set the tone and create lasting connections in the neighbourhood.
