UAP Inc. is hiring a full-time onsite Shipper-Receiver in Kelowna for its Auto Parts Division, a major Canadian network featuring NAPA, Altrom/Auto-Camping and NAPA/CMAX. The role keeps stores organized to support efficient, safe order preparation and quality customer service; you will process incoming and outgoing orders accurately, load and unload shipments, match products with purchase and shipping documents, sort and store stock, and troubleshoot mismatches or incorrect shipments. Ideal candidates bring excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience or knowledge of the aftermarket parts industry (asset). Job Description

Our Shipper-Receivers keep our stores organized to ensure orders can be prepared efficiently and safely.  They support store operations and are essential in providing quality service to our customers. 

In this key role, you will: 

• Ensure accurate processing or incoming and outgoing orders; 
• Load and unload customer orders; 
• Match product with purchase and shipping documents;  
• Sort and put away products; 
• Problem solves in the event of incorrect products, shipments or mismatched information.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
