Joining The Warehouse Group as a part-time Shopfloor Team Member in Matamata means helping deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting restocking, cleaning and online order picking if needed. The role runs Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:30 pm in a busy store that values teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude. While customer-facing experience helps, the team is more interested in your communication skills, willingness to learn and strong work ethic. You will thrive in our fast-paced envrionment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done without compromising service standards. Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service.
If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability.
