How you'll make an impact

  • Acting as a finance business partner, advising site leadership and managers on financial and controlling matters while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes.
  • Leading month-end and year-end closing procedures, managing the full P&L, and overseeing local accounting functions.
  • Leading the budgeting process as well as monthly forecasting, taking corrective actions when required.
  • Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Creating sales invoices for completed services and discussing them with site manager and customer.

 

What you'll bring to GXO

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance and/or controlling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
