You will partner with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to improve asset performance, support safety and deliver operational excellence, with a clear path for an early‑career engineer to grow in reliability and manufacturing. Core duties include acting as the primary engineering contact for maintenance, developing maintenance strategies, participating in root cause analysis, analysing reliability data, maintaining asset records, supporting improvement projects and plant modifications, and assisting with risk assessments and contractor coordination. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering; strong analytical and communication skills; collaborative mindset; commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Desirable: SAP PM, root cause analysis, continuous improvement experience and RPEQ eligibility. About the role
Bayer CropScience is seeking a Site Engineer to join the Site team in Pinkenba, Brisbane. This role will support maintenance and reliability initiatives, continuous improvement projects, engineering activities and operational performance across the site.
Working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you will contribute to equipment reliability, asset performance, project delivery and process improvement activities while supporting Bayer's commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer or engineer looking to further develop their capability in reliability, maintenance and manufacturing.
