You’ll supervise the local team and contractors, manage deliveries and inventory, support budgeting and reporting, and drive continuous improvement through trials with plant teams. Ideal candidates have a 4-year engineering or related degree, seven years in resource recovery or industrial manufacturing, and strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and SAP/Excel skills. Summary:
The Site Operations Manager - Sapphire ensures all company, state, and federal safety and environmental standards for alternate fuels and materials are met. This position drives local Sapphire operations to maximize the use of alternative fuel and alternative raw materials. The position partners with the plant team to optimize the quality and quantity of AF/ARM for stable kiln operation. The Site Manager drives Sapphire's local team and contractors concerning CRH's Purpose, Value, Vision, and Code of Business Conduct.
