CleanCo is hiring a Site Services Supervisor for Kareeya QLD, a full-time onsite role with a 36.25 hour Tuesday to Friday roster. You’ll lead the Site Services team across civil and grounds works, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and supporting asset performance and lifecycle planning, with the ability to step in as Site Manager when needed. The ideal candidate has frontline supervisory experience, a strong grasp of safety systems and risk management, success coordinating contractors, and comfort managing budgets and maintenance schedules, plus clear written and verbal communication. As the Site Services Supervisor, you’ll lead the Site Services team and coordinate all civil and grounds activities across the site. You’ll ensure work is planned, scheduled and delivered safely, on time and to standard, while supporting operational readiness and asset performance.
