Al Shirawi Group is seeking a diligent and experienced Site Storekeeper for full time onsite work in Dubai to manage material control and inventory operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a fit-out or construction environment with a proven ability to maintain accurate records, manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track incoming and outgoing materials while ensuring proper storage, safety, and an organized store. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic MS Office proficiency are essential. Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders for material requests submitted by the site team.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) after thorough inspection of incoming materials.
• Track and document all outgoing materials to the site team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials in the site store.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in a Fit-out or Construction background.
• Proficiency in managing purchase orders and tracking inventory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
