Role Overview
Build the Skin Department into a structured, high-revenue VIP division through consultation excellence, treatment journeys, packages, and retail growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage skin therapists
- Design consultation protocols and multi-session treatment plans
- Drive package sales, memberships, and retail performance
- Work with marketing on skin content and seasonal campaigns
- Build referral partnerships (hotels, gyms, wellness, clinics)
- Support pop-ups, events, and external consultations
- Manage devices, inventory, and suppliers
Requirements
- Experience managing skin / aesthetic services in Dubai
- Strong understanding of consultations, packages, and retail ratios
- Leadership, hygiene, and SOP discipline
