In this role, you'll:

Lead the delivery of cyber security operations across the organisation, ensuring services are effectively executed, aligned to business priorities, and compliant with security and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee the delivery of key cyber capabilities, including operational processes, service performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

This includes managing vendors and internal teams to ensure outcomes are delivered in line with agreed standards and security frameworks.

You will drive operational maturity by improving processes, governance, and service integration across cyber functions. The role will also see you balance day‑to‑day delivery with longer‑term uplift activities, ensuring resilience and effectiveness across a complex, multi‑vendor environment.

About you

You are an experienced cyber security leader with a strong background in operational delivery across enterprise environments.

You bring proven experience managing cyber security services, vendors, and delivery outcomes, with a solid understanding of security operations, governance, and risk management practices.

You are a strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to influence senior leaders, coordinate across multiple teams, and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes in complex and fast‑paced environments.
